Julianne Hough dons blackface for Halloween party
theGRIO REPORT - Julianne Hough used blackface in an attempt to dress as a character from 'Orange Is The New Black' for Halloween.
Julianne Hough decided to dress as Orange Is the New Black character Crazy Eyes for a Hollywood Halloween party Friday night.
The actress not only donned the orange jump suit and styled her hair similarly to the character, Hough also appeared to have darkened the color of her skin.
African-American actress Uzo Aduba plays the role of Crazy Eyes for the hit Netflix series.
The 25-year-old attended the Casamigos Tequila Halloween party with a group of friends dressed as other characters from the show, reports the Huffington Post.
Hough’s use of blackface has generated online backlash.
