WASHINGTON (AP) — It’s all in the family.
President Barack Obama and the first family plan to continue their annual rite of watching the Oregon State University basketball team play a game in the Washington region. The team, after all, is coached by Obama brother-in-law Craig Robinson.
On Sunday, the 1-1 Oregon State Beavers will play the 2-1 University of Maryland at nearby College Park, Md.
Obama, a consummate basketball fan and pick-up game player, and his wife and daughters have regularly attended local games by the Oregon State team, which usually occur around Thanksgiving.
