LINCOLNTON, N.C. –Â Police have charged a man who they say was caught on surveillance video sucking a woman’s toes at the Lincolnton Walmart on Monday.
Officers arrested 31-year-old Michael Brown on Thursday night. He is charged with assault on a female, which is a misdemeanor.
It is the kind of story that even creeps out the cops.
Detective Dennis Harris says he’s never seen anything like this. “Kind of bizarre, strange,” he said.
Erika Porras, 40, was shopping Monday when police say Brown allegedly approached her and asked if he could help her try on shoes.
“He said, ‘Follow me to shoe department.’”
