President Obama is speaking for the first time about the recent grand jury decisions and calls for justice in an interview with BET.

On Monday, December 8, at 5 p.m., BET will air parts of the interview in a 106 & PARK special story, followed by BET News Presents: A Conversation with President Barack Obama, after which the full interview will be available online.

The 106 & PARK special segment covers the protests, calls for justice, and lessons to be learned from recent events. In it, the president discusses meaningful solutions and strategies of investigation as well as ways the country can come together and learn together.
