Missing teen believed to be in danger of sexual exploitation

A nationwide broadcast to law enforcement from the FBI, U.S. Marshalls, and the Virginia State Police has been sent out for missing teen Aysia Monique Lewis.

Police believe the 16-year-old ran away with a man who traveled from Illinois to meet her. Donald “Bruce” Quesenberry, Jr., 33, has not been seen or heard from since the meeting.

Because of Lewis’ age and the circumstances of her disappearance, she has been classified an endangered missing person, and law enforcement officials fear she could be in danger of sexual exploitation.

WSLS gave this description of the teen:

Aysia is 5’3” and weighs approximately 160 lbs. She has brown eyes and black hair with red highlights. She was last seen wearing light blue jeans, a navy blue t-shirt, a black fleece, and brown moccasin-style shoes.

Her parents also relayed this message: “Aysia, we love you!! We are worried about you! We need to know that you are OK! Please come home. Call us, text us, Facebook us. Get in touch with us however you can. We will come get you no matter what, no matter where, whatever time, it doesn’t matter. Unique and Eric miss you. Unique wants to know where you are and when you are coming home.”

If anyone has information, they can contact Christiansburg Police Department at (540)-382-3131 or Virginia State Police at 1-(800)-822-4453.
