Shocking video shows man clinging to car bumper after alleged hit-and-run

On Wednesday, an alleged hit-and-run accident in Phoenix was caught on video. In the clip, left, a person is clinging to the back bumper of a car that was involved as it took off from a central Phoenix record store.

Police said the man seen in the clip was arguing with one of the car’s occupants and broke a windshield before he was struck and carried away by the vehicle.

Officers said when they responded to the scene, everyone involved declined prosecution.
