Chris Brown to file legal documents to pay Nia Amey less child support for 9-month old child because he believes she's been leaking stories

According to TMZ, Chris Brown would like to reduce the payments to Nia Amey, mother of his 9-month-old child Royalty, because he claims she has been leaking stories about the baby and about their relationship.

The report comes after the news that Brown and former girlfriend Karrueche Tran had discussed the possibility of having children together for years but that Tran did not want children unless they were married. When no wedding took place, no children came. This explanation came after Brown went public with his desire for kids back in August when he tweeted, “@karrueche damn near 5 years and this woman still putting up with my s**t. Need to have this baby and stop playing!”

Then, just a week ago, news broke that Brown’s friend Amey had mothered his child, now 9 months old. It was unclear whether or not Brown and Tran were at a break in the relationship when the child was conceived.

More recently, Tran announced the end of her relationship with Brown on Twitter, saying, “Listen. One can only take so much. The best of luck to Chris and his family.” She also added, “No baby drama for me.”

In the meantime, TMZ reports that Brown and Amey are both “on very good terms” but not currently dating.
