Bobbi Kristina Brown’s financial conservator, Bedilia Hardgrove, filed a $10 million lawsuit against Bobbi Kristina’s boyfriend, Nick Gordon, on Wednesday, claiming he secretly stole money from her and physically abused her.
Both TMZ and the Associated Press report that Bobbi Kristina’s estate filed the suit in Fulton County Superior Court in Atlanta, claiming Gordon regularly transferred funds from her account to his account, including $11,000 while she was in a coma.
The documents, obtained by TMZ, claims Gordon was beating Bobbi Kristina and on one occasion dragged “her upstairs by her hair.” He also allegedly punched her in the face and knocked out a front tooth.

“The misrepresentation that Defendant was Brown’s ‘husband’ was used to control Brown and limit with whom she could interact. [Gordon] often answered Brown’s personal cell phone, would not allow her to make appointments without his approval, and manipulated her bank relationship so that he could access her money,” Reuters reports that the lawsuit alleges.
Gordon was hit with the lawsuit the same day as Bobbi Kristina was moved to a hospice care facility after nearly five months in a coma. The daughter of Bobby Brown and Whitney Houston was found face-down in a bathtub in her Atlanta home on Jan. 31.
