KKK holding Labor Day cross burning, have asked supporters to bring their children

The Klu Klux Klan will be hosting a weekend of Labor Day festivities later this year — and they plan to make it a family affair, according to their website.

The white supremacist hate group is all set to put on a weekend-long “National Congress” event in Harrison, Arkansas, where supporters have been urged to bring their children.

Accommodations for children, including a nursery for infants and toddlers, will be made available to attendees.

“If you have children still living at home we urge you not to neglect this important opportunity to help prepare your children. We will have a wonderful program to help entertain as well as teach them old time values of our forefathers,” the website urges.

“Your children are the target! Those that hate our heritage and faith have targeted America’s children,” the event page continues. “Schools are indoctrination centers for homosexuals and race-mixers. Even our churches aren’t safe. Television is full of filth!”

The weekend will include scheduled “fun” — ping pong, foosball, folk dancing and the burning of a cross.

According to the Southern Poverty Law Center, the KKK remains the oldest and most notorious hate group in the United States. The group has made itself visible since Dylann Roof gunned down nine unarmed African-American churchgoers in Charleston on June 17 in a racially-motivated attack. The group reportedly praised Roof for the massacre, calling it a “victory.”
