A drone reportedly passed over an Ohio prison yard last week.
Apparently, the device released from the sky a package containing drugs and other contraband.
An inmate reportedly picked it up, but a fight ensued because another inmate claimed the package was intended for him.
“The package was purportedly then thrown over the fence to the south recreation yard,” the report says, according to ABC News.
In response, officers used pepper spray and ordered everyone to the ground. Prisoners were then strip-searched to recover any contraband that they might have obtained from the drone.
Guards found the package containing 144.5 grams of tobacco, 65.4 grams of marijuana and 6.6 grams of heroin in one of the equipment rooms.
The incident report said that no prisoners or staff were injured during the brawl, and it is not clear whether or not any of the inmates will face charges or being disciplined.
The Ohio Department of Rehabilitation and Correction declined comment, according to ABC News.
