Rihanna is not happy with Matt Barnes after the NBA player not only failed to quash rumors that they were dating but seemed to fan the flames.
Barnes said in a TMZ video that he and Rihanna were “just past the crush stage.” Things were complicated further when Barne’s ex-girlfriend, Gloria Govan, said that she would be fine with Barnes and Rihanna dating as long as she was able to get some free tickets out of the publicity, saying in a play on Rihanna’s recent song, “B***h better have my tickets.”
Rihanna responded via Instagram with a particularly unflattering screenshot of Barnes from the TMZ video and these angry hashtags: “#shesneverevenmetyou #thisactuallyhurtmyfeelings #defamationofcharacter.”
That’s definitely a rejection, Barnes.
