Tyler Perry shares video tribute he made for Bobbi Kristina's funeral

Tyler Perry put together a moving video tribute for Bobbi Kristina Brown to be shared at her private funeral. Now, he is sharing the touching tribute with the rest of us.

On Friday, Perry posted the video to Facebook, saying, “The Houston estate asked if I would share this tribute that I put together for Bobbi Kristina’s private funeral. On behalf of the Brown and Houston families, we would all like to thank you for your prayers and support. God bless.”

The video is called “A Celebration of Our Princess” and begins with a quote straight from Bobbi Kristina herself:

I hope you feel my love, pain, beauty, agony at times, blessings all the time. No one understands me. And I don’t expect them to, but I will try to spread my love and my story through words and this blessing of a powerful voice mom has given me.

The video then shows several images from Bobbi Kristina’s life, from her childhood to the period of time just months before she was discovered unconscious and unresponsive in a bathtub.

As the images pass by, the emotional song from her mother, Whitney Houston, is heard playing: “You Were Loved.”

The tribute ends with a message: “Goodbye for now.”
