Anthony Hamilton, never change.
Hamilton uploaded his version of Silento’s smash hit “Watch Me (Whip/Nae Nae)” to Facebook Thursday. The results were fantastic.
As you can expect, Hamilton’s signature “I’ve known rivers” sound makes Silento’s song sound like it’s from a different era. In the beginning, it almost sounds like he’s doing a version of D’Angelo’s “Untitled,” before taking it directly to North Carolina.
Some folks on Black Twitter are calling it everything from a Negro Spiritual to Hamilton’s “Watch Me, Soul Food Remix.”

Stop everything tho, why'd yall let Anthony Hamilton play so much & now I'm singing Whip & Nae Nae like I'm in devotional service?
