Shaquille O'Neal joins Florida cops, surprises kids who got noise complaint called on them

Recently, a video of Gainesville police officer named Bobby White went viral after he responded to a noise complaint about a group of kids playing basketball and decided to join in the game with them.

Towards the end of the original dash cam video, White tells the kids he’s going to return with some back up. White was planning on bringing a few fellow cops, so even he was surprised when former NBA star Shaquille O’Neal walked in the station to join them.

When White first responded to the noise complaint, he made a few shots and even dunked on a lowered rim, but the rematch video is about a thousand times better thanks to Shaq.

White arrives and announces he brought a friend, and the kids are amazed when they see Shaq step out of the SUV. The pickup game gets going, and at one point Shaq takes a jumper and says, “Steph Curry!” After the game, the big man offered the kids $100 if they can make a jump shot, saying, “You get two shots, you make one, you get $100.”

This is definitely one basketball matchup that these kids are never going to forget for the rest of their lives.
