Terry Crews Says 90-Day Sex Fast Strengthened His Marriage

Crews explained over the course of the videos that the addiction had begun at age 12 and eventually caught up with him when it threatened his marriage. He had been consuming porn secretly, and not even his wife, Rebecca King-Crews, knew, but it was still affecting his actions and his way of thinking.

“I had the biggest sense of entitlement ever. I felt the world owed me something. I felt like my wife owed me sex,” he said.

He said he had a wake up call when his wife threatened to leave.
