Just in case you were wondering, legends can still slay. Debbie Allen, 66, was recently caught giving us life on Instagram with a dance rendition of Rihanna’s hit song “Work.”
Grey’s Anatomy star Ellen Pompeo was hanging out with Ms. Allen this week at the TV Land Icon Awards and gave her a glowing tribute.

“From the very start of her career on Broadway, she has followed her passions, chased her dreams and never let a ‘no’ get in her way,” said Pompeo.
But the love was already brewing on Instagram where Pompeo posted a video of Allen (who is also the executive producer/director of Grey’s Anatomy) in between takes, writing: “Ummm this is my boss…@therealdebbieallen#shondalandproblems#justanotherdayatwerk”
