Nick Gordon has come out of rehab, and in his first interview with Dr. Phil since completing rehab, he is breaking his silence on the alleged drug problem that Bobbi Kristina Brown had.
An a sneak peek at the one-on-one interview, Dr. Phil starts out by saying, “Last time I talked to you, we were in Atlanta, and you were in a lot of pain, and you were self-medicating with drugs and alcohol. It was clear to me you were not in any shape, I didn’t think, to do an interview, which is why I said I thought you needed to go to rehab at that point. And I’m told that you really leaned into it.”

Dr. Phil then asked Gordon what he was on in addition to alcohol, and Gordon replied frankly, “Xanax,” before he explained, “I was drinking so much at the time because I was… I could not deal with what was happening.”

When Dr. Phil asked about images circulated online of Bobbi Kristina doing drugs, Gordon confirmed that she did have a drug problem and that she had been doing drugs “socially” before her mother died.
But he admitted that it got “really bad” after Whitney Houston’s death but said that it was the “only way we knew how to deal with what had happened.”
