During an interview with WGN Morning News, Kelly Rowland made it clear that she’s not here to answer questions about Beyoncé or about “Lemonade.”
Reporter Dean Richards started off asking Rowland about her popular BET show “Chasing Destiny.” He later asked whether she was working on new music.
“Absolutely. Absolutely,” she replied and said no more.

“When can we expect something?” said Richards, to which the singer replied:
“I’m still working on it. And as soon as it’s done, everybody will be able to hear it.”
After the awkward exchange, Richard tried to steer the conversation towards “Lemonade,” which did not go any better.
“All the talk this week has been about Beyoncé’s new album. Have you heard it yet? Have you had an opportunity to get some thoughts on the whole thing?”
“I sure have. It’s great. It’s absolutely great,” she said.

Richards then prompted her with, “Really different though, right?”
“Yes, really different,” she said shortly, then stopped him from trying to ask any more questions about “Lemonade” by steering the conversation herself:
“But getting back to what I’m here to talk about, Claritin. I’m very excited to be teaming up with Claritin and the Boys & Girls Clubs of America.”
The Grammy-Award winner has been meeting with children from the Boys & Girls Clubs and working with Claritin to renovate locations in need.
Guess next time Kelly sits for an interview about her projects, they better put some respect on her name. Grio fam tell us what you think about the interview below.
