President Obama dropped a summer playlist and it’s fire
Over the past eight years, it is safe to say the United States has had one of the smoothest presidents to ever enter the White House. Thursday afternoon, President Obama proved that to be true again when he tweeted a “Summer 2016 Playlist,” which included songs for daytime and nighttime enjoyment.

The daytime playlist included artists such as Wale, Janelle Monae, Jay-Z and Pharrell, with throwback hits like Nina Simone’s “Sinner Man” and Aretha Franklin’s “Rock Steady.”
As for his night time hits, the president highlighted songs from artists like Mary J Blige, Chance the Rapper and Billie Holiday.
From his Slow Jams on the Tonight Show starring Jimmy Fallon to singing Al Green’s hit “Lets Stay Together” and dancing along to Ray Charles, President Obama has taken one of the most demanding jobs in the country, made it fun and let us enjoy the ride too. Thanks, Mr. President.
