Shemar Moore, of Criminal Minds fame, is demanding more than $60,000 back from Keith Tisdell, who was once a guest star on the show, after Tisdell allegedly stole the money from Moore’s charity organization.
According to court documents, Tisdell was involved in Baby Girl LLC, Moore’s organization dedicated to fighting multiple sclerosis. The organization got its name from one of the show’s catch phrases and was set up to fight a disease that afflicted Moore’s mother.

Moore reportedly did not notice the loss of $61,084 from the organization until an audit revealed that the money was missing. Then, in January, Tisdell was arrested on suspicion of embezzlement but later admitted to grand theft, though at the time, Moore said that Tisdell denied the charges to his face:
“In my mind, he wasn’t man enough to look me in the eye and fess up. I’ve done a lot for him because he had me, my friends fooled. I’m not here for money. I’m here because he betrayed a friendship. This is not OK. You don’t do this to people.”
On Wednesday morning, the two actors reached an agreement on how Tisdell will repay the money owed to Moore’s organization.
