Neiman Marcus has just released their Christmas catalog, including one incredibly overpriced entry for collard greens.
The collard greens are listed at $66 and are described as being “seasoned with just the right amount of spices and bacon.”
The catalog claims that the dish feeds 8 to 10 people, and they will ship the dish to you for an additional $15. They have also listed a bowl of beans for $80 and broccoli cheese casserole for $65.
The ridiculously overpriced collard greens have many people shaking their heads and some even outraged, calling the holiday catalog item #GentrifiedGreens.

I hope every one of my ancestors haunts the mess out of the person at Neiman Marcus who thought of the #gentrifiedgreens
