Blac Chyna says Kardashian has a gun, granted retraining order

Blac Chyna now has her restraining order against Rob Kardashian after the fallout from his recent social media tirade in which he posted nude photos of her online and claimed that she had cheated on him.

On Monday, Chyna and attorney Lisa Bloom filed for the order, which was granted by a judge and which required that Kardashian not only stay away from Chyna but also that he cease his cyberbullying of her. He is not allowed to post any photos or make any comments about her online as a result of the order.

Although Kardashian did not come to court, his attorney, Robert Shapiro, did. Shapiro said that they would not be contesting the order and that Kardashian was just trying to do what was best for his daughter with Chyna, Dream.

In legal documents filed to get the restraining order, Chyna detailed how she was “terrified” of Rob, in part because he had a gun and had threatened to use it to kill himself. She had previously claimed that he attacked her in April and added to those claims that he had also attacked her that same month, punching her and knocking her to the ground. She said that when she fled to the bedroom, he punched a hole in the door in order to get to her.

She stated that she was worried his recent cyberattacks “will lead to increased irrational behavior and that he might harm her in his anger.”
