Dashcam shows cops searching woman’s vagina for 11 minutes

Texas attorney Samuel Cammack III has released dashcam footage which he says shows cops humiliating a Black college student with an invasive body cavity search.

Cammack said that his client, 23-year-old Charneisha Corley, had been subjected to, essentially, an 11-minute “rape by cop” on June 21, 2015.

He told Houston’s Fox 26 News that a police officer “body slammed Miss Corley, stuck her head underneath the vehicle and completely pulled her pants off, leaving her naked and exposed in that Texaco parking lot.”

“They then took Miss Corley and placed both ankles behind her ears spread eagle position and started to search for something in Miss Corley’s cavity in her vaginal area,” he continued.

In the video, Corley can be heard to tell the officers after the search, “That was extreme, to pull my clothes down, in front of people. People were watching. You didn’t see people walking around?”

In a 2015 interview with HuffPost, Corley recalled how she had been pulled over for running a stop sign. A police officer said he smelled marijuana, but after he found nothing searching the car, a female deputy was called, at which point things went even further south.

“They sexually assaulted, raped me and molested me,” Corley told HuffPost.

Investigators claim that 0.02 ounces of marijuana was found on her person, though Corley disputed that claim. She was charged with resisting arrest and possession of marijuana, but the charges were later dropped.

Now, Corley is filing a multimillion dollar lawsuit, which is still pending.
