A Black New Jersey man is the subject of a viral video involving a police officer, though this time, it’s a video of him letting the officer have it for pulling a gun on him.

On Wednesday, Randell Minott posted the video to Facebook and Instagram showing himself talking into a camera while a police officer behind him remains mostly silent. The caption on the video reads: “I could of [sic] been a statistic if this ASSHOLE made a mistake and shot me….”

“Turn signal not made is a big enough of a crime for you to feel like you need to take out your service pistol,” he says in the video. “Right? Right? Right? That’s what’s up.”

“You came to the car with your gun out,” he says to the officer in the video as he continued to berate the man. “For what? Do you have no conscience? Do you see what the f*** is going on TV?”

The officer does not offer much in the way of responses, only occasionally saying “okay” as he holds onto his bulletproof vest. His gun is not drawn in the video.

After getting pushback for the video, which has been viewed more than 1.6 million times on Facebook and Instagram, Minott posted a three-minute version with a new caption.

“If you have a problem with the way I talk to a cop who ILLEGALLY POINTED A GUN AT MY HEAD then LEAVE THIS COUNTRY (see what I did there #LOL),” Minott wrote. “Because last I check its in my constitutional rights #GoAmerikkka.”
