The woman who was in the video with Kevin Hart that he is being extorted over is willing to take a lie detector test, as long as Hart is the one to cough up six figures for it.
According to TMZ, the woman hired a lawyer and contacted Hart’s team to make the request.
Currently, authorities have at least one suspect in the extortion scheme, though it’s not clear if the woman is a suspect or if she is considered to be a victim as well.
The situation is still currently under investigation, with the L.A. County District Attorney’s Office Bureau of Investigations taking the lead.
