Dodgers star Yasiel Puig’s home burglarized while losing at World Series

While Yasiel Puig and the Dodgers were playing, and losing, in Game 7 of the World Series, someone was in Puig’s home grabbing his jewelry.

According to TMZ Sports, the burglar broke a window in Puig’s home in the San Fernando Valley, though the busted window set off an alarm, and the whole thing was caught on surveillance video. The alarm reportedly scared off the suspect, who didn’t get away with very much.

That’s a stark difference to another burglary that Puig was victim to earlier this month. Burglars took $500,000 in jewelry in March, though that burglary took place at a different house than the one that took place on Wednesday night.

Puig spoke to the authorities after coming home from the World Series game.
