If Chance the Rapper, 24, can win Grammys, host hit shows like Saturday Night Live and raise cash for Chicago public schools, surely, he can be a weatherman, right?
This might not be something you thought you would ever find out but the talented performer gave it a shot as a WGN-TV weatherman on Friday during the 15th annual WGN Morning News Toy Drive. The toys that they collected will help out Chance’s youth empowerment charity SocialWorks.
Chance the Rapper was given some great advice from weatherman Paul Konrad. He said, “I’ve been doing this for 20 years. All you have to do is really just smile, be relatively sexy, just read some numbers and you’re good to go!”

Chance did him proud and discussed the cold temperatures, made some jokes, gave some fun facts on snowflakes and appeared to wear a “cloak of invisibility” that had him blending into the green screen behind him.
