Snoop Dogg is trying his hand at some gospel music.

This February, fans will get a first taste of his new gospel album, Snoop Dogg Presents the Bible of Love, at the 19th annual Super Bowl Gospel Celebration in St. Paul, Minnesota, according to a press release.

The celebration will be held Feb. 1 at the Benson Great Hall at Bethel University and will also feature such artists as Tye Tribbett, The Clark Sisters, Faith Evans and Rance Allen, who will help him to introduce his new album.

Other performers include Erica Campbell, Sheila E., Donnie McClurkin and the NFL Choir.

The celebration will also see Seattle Seahawks quarterback Russell Wilson receive the first-ever Faith in Action award. Arizona Cardinals wide receiver Larry Fitzgerald will also receive a Lifetime of Inspiration award.

The event will be hosted by Insecure’s Yvonne Oriji and Pastor John Gray.

Snoop Dogg teased the album last June

In June of last year, Snoop Dogg posted an image of a conversation between himself and his mother to tease the upcoming album.

“I’m working on a gospel album moms and it sounds amazing,” he told his mother in the conversation. “Thank u for showing me how to live and to spread the word. Love u more today than I did yesterday.”

“Praise the Lord,” his mom responded. “You are very welcome. The more you share with others the more you will reap more benefits. The more the Lord will enlarge your territory and bless you indeed. I am so grateful to the Lord for you and how God is moving you in the direction to bless His people through the word of God.”

He also previewed a few tracks from the album that same day.
