The 14-year-old boy was attacked by 36-year-old Phillips and another man who were both dressed as women. The man who was with Phillips has not been found.

According to the teen, the two men approached him and were wearing make-up, wigs and women’s clothing on August 6, 2017. The boy said he was walking to his friend’s house. He said once the men started talking he realized they weren’t actually women and he tried to then run away.

The men, armed with a gun, threatened to kill the teen and told him to shut up several times, while Phillips assaulted the boy. The other man watched.

When the boy screamed the predators eventually ran away.

A facebook page revealed that Phillips was going by an alias of Aceianna Phillips. Police connected the dots and from the DNA from the boy, they were able to match Phillips and identify him under several aliases including: Nathan Phillips, Frederic, Cedrick, Hannah, and Aceiyana.
