(WATCH): Will Starbucks bias training be beneficial to it’s employees?

If you thinking you’re grabbing your favorite drink from your local Starbucks, you lucked out today! All U.S store locations are currently closed. Employees are participating in an anti-bias training after two black men, Rashon Nelson and Donte Robinson, were arrested for sitting while black at a Starbucks in Philadelphia.

There were no charges filed on Nelson and Robinson and they settled for  $1 each and a promise from officials to set up a $200,000 program for young entrepreneurs.

As Starbucks continues to right their wrongs, we wanted to know if people thought the training is a genuine gesture or is it a publicity stunt. Can we blame Starbucks as a company for their racially bias employee?
