It looks like all is well on the set of Real Housewives of Potomac now that charges against one of the show’s stars have been dropped. A few weeks back, Ashley’s husband, Michael Darby, was accused of groping a cameraman while filming scenes for the Bravo reality show and the network and the show’s production company suspended filming as a result.

“Immediately upon learning of these allegations, we commenced a thorough internal review and, per our protocol, took all appropriate steps to ensure the safe working environment and safe forum for communication for everyone associated with the production,” Truly Original said in a statement at the time of the incident.

According to Deadline, the charges of second-degree assault and improper sexual contact have been dropped and Darby is back to shooting season 4 of the show.

In a statement to Deadline, the show’s production company, Truly Original said it responded to every request from the Montgomery County State’s Attorney’s Office and complied.

“Two supervisors, after being subpoenaed, testified at the hearing relating to Mr. Palmer’s request for a peace order (the court ultimately denied Mr. Palmer’s request for a peace order). Subsequent to that, one of the supervisors was contacted by the Montgomery County State’s Attorney’s Office. Counsel responded to the State’s Attorney’s call on two separate occasions and the State’s Attorney failed to respond to those calls. The charges against Mr. Darby were then dropped.”

This wasn’t the first time Michael Darby has been accused of improper sexual contact. On the first season of the show, several of the other women suggested they had witnessed Darby touching another man’s backside and rumors about his behavior have circulated since the show began.
