Don Lemon won’t get justice after a man threatened his life on social media now that New York prosecutors decided against charging a racist troll who targeted the CNN host last October.

An anonymous man who described himself as a “white nationalist conservative pro-gun anti islam anti terrorist anti leftist” in his Twitter bio took aim at Lemon and harassed him repeatedly.

Police confirmed that “numerous threatening and anti-Black messages to his Twitter inbox from an unknown individual” were sent to Lemon last year, TMZ reports.

“F**k you nigger can’t wait to stab your neck” and “U r a pile of rotting Dog s**t, racist, communist, socialist, Liberal moron asshole,i will find u U will pay.ill see u real soon…” read some of the online messages.

However, justice was denied for Lemon because the Manhattan D.A.’s Office doesn’t think charging the man is worth the effort, TMZ reported on Sunday. Prosecutors said a misdemeanor harassment charge would have resulted in less than a year in jail for the racist.

Recently Lemon took issue with the wave of violence against minorities and flat out stated that “the biggest terror threat” in the United States “is white men.”

Last Tuesday, Lemon appeared on Cuomo Prime Time to discuss the racially motivated shooting of two Black people killed in Kentucky at a Krogers supermarket by a white man, Newsweek reports.  He also took issue with the characterization of a group of migrants who are making their way to the United States, seeking asylum and them being referred to as a threat by the President.

Lemon begged to differ and said “any one group or any one ethnicity” should not be demonized.

“I keep trying to point out to people not to demonize any one group or any one ethnicity,” Lemon told fellow CNN host Chris Cuomo.

“But we keep thinking that the biggest terror threat is something else—some people who are marching toward the border like its imminent, and when the last time they did this a couple hundred people came and they, most of them didn’t get into the country. Most of them got tuckered out before they even made it to the border.”

“So we have to stop demonizing people, and realize the biggest terror threat in this country is white men, most of them radicalized to the right, and we have to start doing something about them,” Lemon continued. “There is no travel ban on them, there is no ban—you know, they have the Muslim ban—there is no white guy ban, so what do we do about that?”
