The daytime diva allegedly checked out of her Long Island sober living home on Monday and was rushed to the hospital after Wendy Williams show staffers found her intoxicated and “in a bad way,” the Daily Mail reports.

“She was in a bad way and disappeared from the studio after her show Monday. She went back to the sober house only to check herself out and decided to start drinking,” a source close to situation told the Mail.
The famed media personality was treated at the hospital with IV fluids containing vitamins and minerals to help sober up and released, the report says.
Williams previously made the brave move of revealing during the March 19 episode of her talk show that she’s been living in a sober house.
Meanwhile, Williams’ husband of 22 years, Kevin Hunter, reportedly welcomed a baby with his alleged longtime mistress Sharina Hudson on Monday (March 25), according to US Weekly.
“This is a crazy situation, Wendy is in a halfway house fighting for her sobriety,” a source told Page Six. “Everyone who loves Wendy is heartbroken and furious.”
Following the pearl-clutching report about Hunter and Hudson, Williams was spotted leaving her sober living home in New York City without her wedding ring on Monday, US Weekly says. However, when it was time to host The Wendy Williams Show, she popped it right back on.
Rumors are also swirling that Williams won’t pull the plug on her allegedly abusive marriage because Hunter, who is also the business partner, will take her to the cleaners; leaving her high and dry financially.
The strain from her alleged marital woes could prove too much for Williams to handle in her seemingly fragile state. She may take another break from her show following her previous two-month hiatus due to a “fractured shoulder.”
Insiders whisper that the injury occurred during a fight with Hunter over his mistress’ pregnancy.
Williams and Hunter, who share 18-year-old son, Kevin Jr., have both denied infidelity allegations in the past.
