OWN is adding four new cooking shows to its lineup this month, opening up a whole new block of programming for weekend viewers.
The network announced the original cooking shows, helmed by Black chefs, will debut on Saturday, Nov. 14.

Lovely Bites, starring Chef Connie “Lovely” Jackson, will be followed by Tregaye’s Way, starring Chef Tregaye Fraser, before the premiere of Food Fantasies and Tanya’s Kitchen Table, starring Chef Tanya Holland.
“Our viewers love spending time in the kitchen and cooking for themselves and their families,” Tina Perry, president of OWN, said in a statement. “We’re excited to introduce for the first time a programming block of fun-filled cooking shows and look forward to making Saturday afternoons on OWN a new destination for foodies.”
Here’s what we know about the hosts:
Jackson is a Chicago chef known for festive foods that are edible and plated well. You may remember her from stints on Hell’s Kitchen and Food Network Star, and her goal is to create long-lasting memories with food as the means to bring loved ones together. Her stand-and-stir show will focus on fun entertaining and celebrating festive occasions.

Fraser hails from Atlanta and already scored a huge victory in the food world when she won the reality cooking competition Food Network Star. Her show will focus on her mission to help people create quick and delicious meals for their families.
Holland is a well-known restaurateur, cookbook author, and soul food chef from Oakland. Her show, Tanya’s Kitchen Table, will focus on her goal of “cooking local while thinking global.”
