New Orleans Saints linebacker Demario Davis has been open about his daughter’s cancer diagnosis and now he has revealed she is in remission.

Davis sat down with TMZ Sports and gave an update on his 15-month-old daughter, Carly-Faith, who was diagnosed with a rare eye cancer known as retinoblastoma earlier this year. He told the platform he is sharing her story with a purpose and hopes to, “bring awareness to a lot of families that probably wouldn’t have known about it if it wasn’t for us going through it. Probably saved them that same unfortunate situation that we had.”
