On April 12, students across the nation stood in solidarity of the LGBTQ+ community. “A Day of Silence“ raises awareness about the bullying and harassment LGBTQ+ students face. With many laws and bans targeting LGBTQ+ individuals, solidarity is more important than ever.

Executive Director of the National Center for Lesbian Rights (NCLR) Imani Rupert-Gordon and the Deputy Executive Director for Communications and Marketing at Gay, Lesbian and Straight Education Network (GLSEN) David Eng-Chernack join the group with Marc Lamont Hill to discuss.
