A deputy in a Louisville, Kentucky courtroom used a stun gun to subdue a defendant after he lunged at an attorney.
Percy Phillips was in court Wednesday for retaliating against a witness. He became upset when the prosecutor said something Phillips didn’t like.
That’s when Phillips lunged at the prosecutor, knocking over a table. A deputy tried to restrain him, but another deputy yelled that he was going to use his stun gun.
