A police officer in central Michigan has been suspended after using a stun gun on a handcuffed suspect.
In this police dash camera video you can see Lansing officer Ryan Smith use his taser on a suspect who was already restrained.
On Thursday he was suspended for two weeks without pay for acting outside policies and procedures of the department.
Officer smith has been on the Lansing police force for more than two years.
The suspect was treated for his injuries and released.
