Mitt Romney sent President Obama an open letter on Tuesday laying out how the former Massachusetts governor plans to criticize the president if Romney wins the Republican nomination.
The letter comes the same day Obama visits New Hampshire to tout his administration’s job-creation plan.
In the letter, Romney first writes that Obama inherited a “hard hand” when he took office.
“You came into office in the midst of an economic crisis that was not of your making. You were asked to face great challenges and to solve difficult problems. The tasks before you would have taxed the abilities of any new president,” Romney writes.
