Tuesday, Don Lemon spoke with the viral sensations the “Stump-for-Trump Girls” about how they became such vocal supporters of presidential hopeful Donald Trump.
Lynette “Diamond” Hardaway and Rochelle “Silk” Richardson are a pair of North Carolina video bloggers who are known mainly for their support of the controversial presidential candidate.
During their segment on CNN, they talked about how they “felt it” about Trump as soon as they saw him on TV and believe he should be the next president of the United States.

“We have a border that needs to be secure. We have ISIS trying to cut off heads. We have people going into movie theaters shooting it up, Don. We’ve got to secure this border,” said Hardaway. “We have to make America great again. And the only way that we can do that is with Donald Trump.”
The ladies have received a lot of support from the GOP after conservative news outlets posted their video criticizing Fox host Megyn Kelly for pressing Trump about his history of sexist comments during last week’s GOP candidate debate.
Hardaway says that while she and her co-host have both voted for Democrats in the past, they would gladly switch to the Republican party if Trump is elected.
“We have our own minds and we can no longer be spoon fed. We can pick up our own forks and eat for ourselves,” she told Newsmax host Ed Berliner. “We have our own minds to think for ourselves. Stop believing everything those Democrats tell you.”
