Three 14-year-old boys and a 12-year-old charged with gang rape of 19-year-old woman

Baltimore police are investigating an alleged sexual assault that involves three teens and a 12-year-old who have been charged with raping a 19-year-old woman after she exited a bus.

According to reports, the three teens were arrested and charged as adults with first-degree rape and second-degree rape on Thursday.

The 12-year-old was charged as a juvenile on first-degree rape, sex offense, conspiracy and carrying a gun charges, according to CBS.

Police said the woman was attacked after she got off an MTA bus on Feb. 6. The victim was held at gunpoint, according to police and forced to walked into a backyard where she was assaulted.

Neighbors intervened and stopped the assault.
