Keshia Knight Pulliam may have been married to Ed Hartwell from 2016 to 2018 but their marriage was in trouble a few months in, leading to a messy divorce and paternity dispute. Now it looks like Hartwell is already looking to give matrimony another shot – for the third time.
According to the Atlanta Black Star, the former NFL player recently tied the knot with Tonya Carroll, a woman who was allegedly his mistress prior to the nuptials. Hartwell was also once married to former The Real Housewives of Atlanta star Lisa Wu, before meeting Pulliam.
He and Pulliam have a daughter, Ella Grace, who born on Jan. 23, 2017, and he also has a daughter with Carroll named Sevynn Elíse. An excited Carroll confirmed their marriage on February 17th by posting a photo of herself wearing a hoodie with the words “Just Married, Mrs. Hartwell.”

Carroll also changed her Instagram handle to “mrstonyahartwell,” then posted another photo of herself rocking both an engagement ring and a wedding ring.
“Rest and Relaxation after a great night of celebrating one of the most Amazing moments in my life,” she captioned that photo. “Life’s journey is never defined upfront but seemingly always worth the unknown journey!! #soinlovewithourlife ?? #MrsH?”
When Pulliam and Hartwell’s tense separation and subsequent divorce made headlines in 2016, they both accused each other of cheating leading Hartwell to demand a paternity test when Pulliam revealed she was pregnant.
Shortly following the request Pulliam gave a tearful interview on Entertainment Tonight to clear her name.
“I have never cheated on him during my marriage. That’s not who I am,” she stated at the time. “Early on in my marriage when I was faced with this, I was ready to leave. In the process, I found out I was pregnant.”

Now that her ex-husband has married who was believed to be “the other woman” many were curious how The Cosby Show alum would take the news. And on the same day Carroll shared her bridal photos, Pulliam posted a message of her own to her Instagram followers.
“Every girl deserves a guy that can make her heart forget that it was ever broken,” she wrote.
