Charles Barkley’s shenanigans got him booed off stage at a Katy Perry concert and rightfully so since he insulted the Timberwolves on their own turf.

Barkley, who is known for his controversial statements, and very vocal sports analysis of NBA games has been an asset at the forefront during the NCAA tournament Final Four, The USA Today reports. So for that, Barkley gets a pat on the back.

However, Barkley may have barked a bit too much when he made a guest appearance at the Capital One JamFest in Minneapolis on Sunday. He told a captive crowd that he loved the city then in the same breath insulted their NBA team.

“I want to thank Minneapolis, Minnesota. You guys have a great, great city. I want to thank y’all for a great weekend. I haven’t been here for a long time because the Timberwolves suck!”

He just couldn’t let a good moment live on. But then again, that’s Charles Barkley for you!

Barkley roasts Jussie Smollett

Barkley is a ham. Remember a few months back, during his TNT network half-time coverage of the Houston Rockets game against the LA Lakers, Barkley made his co-commentators burst into uncontrollable fits of laughter for almost two minutes after the controversial case of Smollett and his allegedly staged attack came up.

During the broadcast of  “Inside the NBA,” Barkley addressed the actor, saying: “Jussie — you wasted all that damn time and money.”

The NBA Hall of Famer then proceeded to jokingly offer advice on how ways the Empire star could have made his plans harder to trace.

“You know what you should’ve did? Just went out into Liam Neeson’s neighborhood. Could’ve solved all your damn problems,” Barkley said while laughing.

He is definitely not one to hold his tongue!
