Mel’s Fish Shack was founded by Georgette’s father Mel to satisfy the taste for fish on Fridays. Armed with their special ‘Mel’s Secret Seasoning’, a boat-load of variety, and that Louisiana taste, Mel’s is a community fixture for it’s Los Angeles neighborhhood.
