Rihanna's workout plan revealed

After Rihanna took to Twitter to show off her hot bod on a cross trainer machine in Hawaii, fans were left wondering how she does it. The Huffington Post reports that her personal trainer, Harley Pasternak has revealed the workout plan of the superstar. “With someone like her, it’s about the fine tuning,” Pasternak told PEOPLE magazine.

First she took to Twitter to show off her enviable bikini body. Then she took to the stage at Sunday’s Grammy Awards with what seemed to be an entire Zumba class backing her up. Now, Rihanna fans have a little more insight on what keeps the singer fit and fabulous.

Her secret weapon? Trainer and co-host ABC’s lifestyle makeover show “The Revolution,” Harley Pasternak. “With someone like her, it’s about the fine tuning,” Pasternak told PEOPLE magazine, explaining how he helps her maintain her naturally beautiful physique.

On the road, Rihanna squeezes in at least three 25-minute workouts a week, Pasternak says. But once she’s settled in one place, she increases her sessions to five days a week, with 30 minutes of cardio a day, up from the 10 minutes she would normally do.
