The gospel choir that performed at Prince Harry and Meghan Markle‘s royal wedding in May quickly became a fan favorite for viewers around the world. Now, it seems the group is finally getting to share their talents with both new and old fans by snagging themselves a record deal after all their new found publicity.

Since singing in front of the Royal family, celebrity wedding guests, and over 1.9 billion people worldwide (no pressure), another 10 million viewers logged on to YouTube to watch a playback of the Kingdom Choir‘s soulful rendition of Stand By Me.

These impressive stats propelled the British choir on the radar of insiders in the music industry. Tuesday, Sky News reported that Sony Music UK struck a deal with the 30-person troupe who will hit the studio this month to start working on their first album.

“It’s been a roller coaster, but we wouldn’t have it any other way. First, the honor of being able to sing at the royal wedding, and then the thrill of being signed to Sony,” said choir conductor, Karen Gibson.

“It’s like an undreamt dream — one that you wouldn’t even consider, because you never thought it could happen to you. We’re very grateful and very excited about what’s to come in the next few months too.”

The choir was formed in 1994 and was previously nominated for the Oasis Awards’ Best U.K. Choir. According to the BBC, they have also previously performed with Elton John, Luther Vandross, and the Spice Girls.

The album is set to be released on November 2nd and will include their now infamous cover of Stand By Me, which hit the number one spot on the Billboard gospel chart June 2.
