Jesse Williams‘ and estranged wife Aryn Drake-Lee are back in divorce court after she requested more money from her actor husband to pay for her attorney fees.
According to E!, Drake-Lee filed paperwork in a Los Angeles court April 2, asking for $100,000 to cover lawyer fees and an additional $110,000 for the forensic accounting involving the case to cover expenses for an upcoming April 23 trial.

Drake-Lee was awarded $270,000 back in June 2018 after Williams was ordered to cover her attorney’s bill. But it appears the well has run dry and she needs more cash to carry her through the case.
“These sums have been dissipated, and in order to prepare for trial 23 and for my part, responding to Petitioner’s appeal, additional fees are required,” Drake-Lee’s attorney said in his declaration in the most recent documents, the outlet reports.
According to E! Drake-Lee’s attorney works at a rate of $700 an hour. She needs an additional $100,000 to cover his remaining balance of $97,699 “or a sum according to proof.”

The forensic accountant bill amounts to a 21,320 balance and is estimated to top $75,000 to 125,000 through the duration of the trial.
Back in February Drake-Lee sought more than $600,000 in back child support and more than $250,000 in retroactive spousal support from Williams. She has agreed that when the back payments are issued, she will significantly reduce her $50K monthly spousal support.
In court documents obtained by The Blast, the pair was back in court with Drake-Lee asking that the Grey’s Anatomy star continue paying $50,000 a month in child support, which she says he can afford due to his hit show. She did, however, recommend cutting her spousal support payment from $50k monthly down to $29,918, which would be paid until at least 2020.
