Following Naomi Osaka’s withdrawal from the French Open citing mental health reasons, sports apparel giant Nike has expressed support.

Naomi Osaka is putting her mental health first but her critics don’t believe she should exercise her own agency.

Morgan called Osaka “an arrogant spoiled brat whose fame and fortune appears to have inflated her ego to gigantic proportions.”

“I feel for Naomi,” Williams said of Osaka. “Not everyone is the same. I’m thick. Other people are thin. Everyone is different.”
