Former Love &Hip-Hop star Tommie Lee, reportedly showed up to a Georgia court wasted to face child abuse charges last week, which didn’t sit right with the judge.

Lee, was thrown in the slammer after the judged tested her and found her blood alcohol consumption level was .16—which is twice the legal drinking limit.
Lee also violated her bond, on charges stemming from being indicted on multiple child abuse charges at a middle school in October, so she’s being held, The Daily Mail reports.
It seems like a rehab may be better suited for a struggling addict.
Lee has since taken to Instagram to apologize for her latest setback.
“I apologize to all my fans for my current actions, I’ve been working really hard through my problems considering the challenges that been set before me since I’ve been home,” she said.
“I’ve done all that I can do on my own to shake my habits but I do realize that I need help and I am currently seeking treatment. Thank you, see you soon.”
According to the Atlanta Journal-Constitution, Lee whose real name is Atasha Chizaah Jefferson, was indicted back in January on charges of aggravated assault, child cruelty, battery, aggravated stalking and disrupting a public school.

Lee has been accused of grabbing one of her children by the hair and shoving their head into a metal locker at Griffin Middle School in Smyrna, according to an Oct. 16 police warrant. She also allegedly slapped the child’s hands with a purse strap and cursed at the child.
Lee faces three felonies in the incident and could face up to 54 years in prison if convicted on all counts.
